Marek Kaźmierczak was born in 1971 in Kutno. He gratuated Electrical Department of Technical University of Łódź. He received M. Sc. degree in a field of Power Station from the Technical University of Łódź in 1998. Since 1999 he works in the Department of Automatics and Biomechanics of the Technical University of Łódź.
